Female with history of basal cell cancer.

PET/CT Findings
Mild diffuse uptake in right mastoidectomy bed (reduced SUV 2). Treatment response in head/neck but multiple lung nodules progressed. New focus of moderately elevated FDG update (SUV 2.8) in right hilum.
