A 68-year-old patient evaluated for post-transplant lymphatic disorder.

PET/CT Findings
Heterogeneous uptake of FDG was present in large,bilateral lung masses. A 6 cm x 6 cm left lung mass showed a ring of high FDG uptake around the periphery of the lesion suggesting a necrotic center. The large right lung mass and chest wall lesion showed heterogeneous FDG uptake throughout the lesion with uptake extending into the right chest wall.
